The Trust has direct collaboration with Ten Nationalised Banks. With the help of the bank officials awareness  was created among  small and marginal farmer’s club members on various government  programmes and schemes meant exclusively for farmers. The Trust motivated and encouraged the farmers to avail themselves of such schemes for digging borewell, Purchase and installation of Pipes, Pumps and Motor, Tractor and all the other agriculture related equipments.     Special wing  was set up  with 2 managers and 13 field officers for this purpose. In the beginning Entrepreneur Development Training was given to the beneficiaries. Then the deserving and eligible farmers were identified and linked with bank facilities. They have received loan for digging borewell, tractor  and implements for better farming. Around 400 farmers have benefited through this project till date. It helps the farmers to have permanent  employment and to attain sustainable  development.
