     In tune with the words of Mother Teresa, the Trust has embarked upon providing all the services based on the needs of the society. In its mission the trust having found the absolute necessity for providing proper medical aid to the people in and around Thanjavur, launched this project on 3rd march 2005 in the presence of Thiru.S.S.Palanimanickam, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Finance to facilitate easy access to the poor and needy purely on non commercial basis. We have conceived this project in tune with the dreams and aspirations of Mother Teresa who has relentlessly served the sick and defining patients throughout her meaningful life.

     All emergency facilities are provided for the accident victims and cardiac patients. This ambulance is air-conditioned and fully furnished having a cushion bed, executive chair for the Doctor, ECG Monitor with Defibrillators, provision for Oxygen Cylinder, Drip equipments and emergency life saving drugs. It is proposed to install ventilator for artificial inspiration in due course. The trust owes its gratitude to Rotary club of Thanjavur delta who had actively associated themselves with this project and made the dream come true.
