The small and marginal farmers were organized as clubs in order to equip them with the modern technologies. Training was given to them on new and good agricultural practices, alternative farming, waste management, organic farming, vermi culture etc. So far 48 clubs  were formed with 864 members. They were given training with the help of trained personnel from the government                   

“ Learning by Doing”  method was followed in all the trainings.

Since 2005, 18 trainings were given on various topics. The beneficiaries found it very useful to raise the standard of living.
